It looks fine, I guess, but it’s nothing special. For what they’re charging, you’d expect way better quality instead of stuff that feels average. The pricing is a bit laughable for what you actually get.

Got the parcel and yeah, it was packed well. Nothing fancy to explain really, box looked neat, no dents, no mess, and the stuff inside was safe. Came the way it should.

I bought this jacket because it looked really nice at first, and I was happy with it. But after only a few wears, the stitching started coming loose. For the price, give me a break, I expected it to hold up way better than that. Disappointing

The whole returns process left a bad taste in my mouth. Buying from them was simple enough, but the moment I needed to send something back, it turned into a drawn-out mess. The instructions were confusing, I had to keep chasing for updates, and it felt like nobody really knew what was happening. It just doesn’t seem fair to make customers jump through hoops after they’ve already spent money with you. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again if this is how they handle returns.

I ordered a jacket from Joe Browns i was excited when I placed the order because it looked lovely in the photos. But when it arrived, I felt a bit deflated. The colour was much duller than I expected, and the fit wasn’t really like the description either, it came up smaller than I thought it would.

The quality wasn’t awful, to be fair, so I didn’t hate it completely. But I bought it based on the product details and pictures, and they just didn’t match up for me. It’s not the end of the world, but having to deal with returning it was definitely annoying

I had a question about my order and customer service got back to me so fast!!! They sorted everything out with zero hassle and were really friendly too!!! it’s just nice dealing with a company that actually replies properly and helps you out!!!

I had a little issue with my order, nothing major, but enough that I had to contact customer service. i was expecting it to take a while, but they got back to me faster than I thought and were actually really helpful. It all got sorted without too much back and forth, which I appreciated. I did have to follow up once, so that’s the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars, but overall it was a good experience and I’d be happy to order again.

The site was easy to use overall. I could find my way around without really thinking too much, and the filters definitely helped narrow things down. Pages loaded fine for me, and checkout was simple enough. The only thing, not a huge deal, was that checking some sizes took a bit more clicking than I expected. But yeah, overall it was a good experience.

I do really like the styles, and some of the pieces look great in person. But the fabric quality has been hit or miss for me. One top felt soft and really nice, while another was way thinner than I expected. I also feel like the wording on the site makes the materials sound a bit more premium than they actually are, which is frustrating. It’s not awful, but for the price, I expected a little more consistency.

They had a good range of sizes left, even in the sale, which was a nice surprise. Ordering was quick and straightforward with no hassle. The only frustrating bit was waiting around longer than I’d hoped, but overall I was happy they had what I wanted in stock.

I picked up a jacket and a couple of shirts a while back, just expecting the usual wear-and-wash routine. But they’ve ended up being the things I keep reaching for most. The jacket has been out on coffee runs, weekend walks, and plenty of chilly mornings, and the shirts have been through loads of washes without looking tired or losing their shape. They’re comfy too, which is probably why I wear them so much. Nice to buy clothes that don’t start falling apart after a few washes

The delivery info was clear and my parcel arrived when they said it would. Really easy overall, and I’d happily order again.

I’ve ordered from Joe Browns a few times now, and the main thing that keeps pulling me back is the style. A lot of shops seem to be selling the same sort of thing with a different label on it, but these clothes feel a bit more original.
The patterns and little details are really nice without being too much. They’ve got that fun, slightly different look, but you can still wear them on a normal day without feeling like you’re trying too hard.
Sizing has been fine for me so far as well, which is always a relief. It’s just a good place to look when I want something with a bit more character than the usual high street stuff.

I wasn’t really expecting much, but the refund came back quick. There wasn’t any real hassle either, which was a nice surprise. So, credit where it’s due, I guess.
